Rules:

The latest version of Field of Glory

One pool :

Any army with at least 8 bases of knights, maximum 8 bases of longbow and NO
elephants .

1.The list submitted must not exceed 800 points specified.

2. The competition will use the full rules including the terrain and set-up
appendices.

3. The scoring system will be the 25-0 of Terry Shaw and will be displayed on the
Field of Glory website www.fieldofglory.com .

4. Army lists must specify the number and size of battle groups and their order of
march for deployment, and the number and type of commanders chosen. They should also
include the territory list for the army. Once an army list has been submitted it may
not be changed or altered other than to correct any errors. Players may only correct
their errors by making reasonable changes to their list. It is not allowed to
completely re-write the list, and the list checkers decision on this is final.

6. Army lists must be submitted for checking in advance and must be received by the
List Checker not later than two weeks before the event.

7. The List Checker is jacques Wilputte ( almega@base.be) - ++32478779618. Please

note that only incoming calls are possible, and that the list checker can only
respond to queries in connection with Army Lists. All other queries must be
addressed to the organiser ( see internet site). The list checker will provide a
standard excel format along with the requested lists and would appreciate, where
possible, that players use this to ease checking.

8. Players must fully define their troops as they are placed on table. Figures must
provide a reasonably accurate representation of the troops they are trying to
represent – they must not look deliberately misleading.

9. Table size is 6' x 4' and players must supply their own terrain pieces. These
must be to an acceptable standard for an high profile international event, and the
umpire will have the discretion to remove unsightly items. In addition all figures
must be representative and painted and based to an acceptable standard. Metric
system is to be used .

10. Players must be present and ready to start the match at the appointed time (see
the program below). Where a player has a reasonable excuse for arriving late the
match start will be delayed by up to 30 minutes. After which time the effected
player will be awarded a bye. No player will be awarded more than one bye for any
reason. If a player resigns from a game at any stage after the first set up dice
have been rolled their opponents will be awarded maximum points, and they will be
awarded 0 points.

11. When time is called, play will continue until the end of the turn of the player
who moved second, such that both players will have had an equal number of turns.
Play will stop immediately before the joint action phase following this.

12. Time will be called after 3.5 hours plus a 1 – 15 minute random factor. The
random factor will be determined by the umpire prior to the start of the round, and
will not be revealed until the announcement is made. Players may always commence
games earlier than the stated time by mutual consent.

Admission to the tournament is at the sole discretion of the organisers and their
decision on all matters is final. An application to enter denotes acceptance of
these rules.

Règle utilisée
La règle utilisée sera la dernière version de Field of Glory.

POULE : une poule unique . Toute armée avec au minimum 8 plaquettes de chevalier,
pas plus d e8 plaquettes de longbow et AUCUN éléphant .

Règles additionnelles:

1. Les listes soumises ne devront pas dépasser 800 points.

2. Les règles complètes de Field of Glory seront utilisées.

3. Le système de score utilisé sera le 25-0 de Terry Shaw détails sur le site
internet de Field of Glory

4. Les listes devront spécifier le nombre, la taille et l’ordre de marche des
Battle Groups pour leur déploiement ainsi que le nombre et le type des
commandants choisis. Ils devront aussi inclure la liste des territoires de
l’Armée. Une fois la liste d’Armée soumise, elle ne pourra être changée ou
modifiée autrement que pour corriger les erreurs. Il ne sera pas autorisé de
réécrire la liste complètement. La décision du contrôleur des listes sera
sans appel.

6. Les listes d’Armées soumises pour contrôle devront être reçues au plus
tard quinze jours avant l’événement.

7. Le contrôleur des Listes est Jacques Wilputte (+32478779618). Les autres
requêtes devront être adressées aux organisateurs (voir contact).

8. Les joueurs décriront leurs troupes au déploiement, les troupes déployées
devront ressembler dans la mesure du possible à leurs modèles, elles ne devront
pas induire en erreur délibérément.

9. Les tables seront de 1.80 x 1.20 les joueurs devront fournir leurs propres
terrains. Les terrains devront être d’un standard raisonnable, l’arbitre se
réserve le droit de retirer les terrains injouables de plus les figurines devront
être représentatives et peintes.

10. Les joueurs devront être présents et prêts à jouer à l’heure prévue
(voir le programme ci-dessous). Les joueurs pourront être en retard d’un
maximum de 30 minutes. Après cela l’arbitre notera la partie par un 25-0.

11. La fin des parties aura lieu à l’appel de l’arbitre, les joueurs
finiront sur le tour de jeu du joueur qui à bougé en second.

12. L’appel de l’arbitre aura lieu 3h30 +1 à 15 minutes après l’annonce
des appariements.
